MyMiniJob started as a platform for micro-jobs, helping people quickly find local assistance for everyday tasks. But as user needs evolved, so did the platform. Today, it supports both short-term gigs and full-time employment opportunities, offering a unique hybrid model that blends the flexibility of on-demand help with the structure of traditional job boards.
The heart of the system is an interactive job map, supported by powerful AI-driven search, candidate profiling, smart matching, and real-time communication.

Brains Behind the Build

The platform is built using Vue.js for a smooth and responsive user experience. The backend is powered by Laravel, with a robust REST API facilitating communication between services. PostgreSQL is used as the primary database, ensuring reliability and scalability. For smart matching and personalized results, the system leverages AI/ML models for candidate-job fit scoring and behavioral filtering. Additional technologies include WebSockets for real-time updates, push notifications for engagement, and geolocation services to power the platform’s interactive job and talent map.
